Hubert Ollivier

Hubert Ollivier was born in 1970 in the region of Isère, in France. He studied in Paris and then worked as a designer, an illustrator and a graphist. His last workshop was located in a forest in Provence, in the mountains. Since ten years, he mainly paints with oil on canvas. Sometimes, he uses the technique of collage or a mix of resin, sand, paper or leaves. His paintings and his drawings are made from precise sketches, using a lot of different colors. His artworks are part of a dreamy universe, where women are one of the main subjects. He also paints in his notebooks when he travels.
