A complete turnkey service, paintings can be either purchased* or rented**.

*The acquisition of Paintings : fiscal advantages in France related to the new law of Corporate Patronage (possibility of straight line depreciation over 5 years deductible with an annual ceiling of acquisition at a level of 5% of the turnover).

*The renting of Paintings : A simple and attractive solution (100% tax deductibility of the operating rents expenses and no ceiling).

Paris : a vast and sober space of 160 m² in the east of Paris. Located in a courtyard in the 12th district, on one level, the space can welcome about a hundred persons ...

Lyon :a space of 240 m², bright and friendly, in the centre of Lyon, located on the Peninsula, on three floors. The space offers various atmospheres: light-flooded and parquet on the ground and 1st floor, old vaulted cellar stone in the basement.

Strasbourg :a space of 120 m², cosy and warm, in the centre of Strasbourg, located.
