Who is Sienne ?
From early childhood, Sienne learned to draw. This led to fine arts studies at the Beaux Arts in Cherbourg, where he discovered the painters who were to become his guiding lights, Lejeune and Valadié. There he mastered the two techniques which became his favourite means of expression, pastels and watercolours.
It was in the course of travelling that Sienne found inspiration. Fascinated by the African continent, his last trip led him to Morocco. He filled sketchbooks full of drawings, pastels and watercolours to record his impressions, later to transcribe them to the paintings that he produces today.
