Chantal Bonnevay was born in Lyon in 1968 and graduated in applied arts and creation-printing on textile. She worked with various textile companies in Lyon as a colourist and designer. Then, she moved to Annecy to work with young children. When her children were born, as she felt inspired by their drawing she started drawing again, to create an enchanting world filled with knights and fairies…

This magical world allows reconnecting with the tenderness of childhood, enthusiasm and authenticity, in order to reawaken the sense of magic in life. As a sensitive artist, drawn to the graphical handwriting of children, she plays with a multitude of colours and her taste for details.
